If you are unsatisfied with your 8x8 business service for any reason in the first 30 days after signing up, you may cancel for a refund of equipment and activation fees. You will be responsible for monthly service fees, minutes of use on metered plans as well as any international per-minute charges** (calls to non-8x8 telephone numbers outside the United States and Canada) incurred during the 30-day period. Shipping and handling charges are non refundable.
